An Introduction to Chloe Perfumes
In the early 1950’s Gaby Aghion began a collection of clothing for women in Paris, which became part of the pret-a-porter revolution in fashion, still in its early development, from its beginnings in the 1920’s. The Chloe label and design was to bring about a genesis of women’s femininity, which enhanced a sense of softness and luxury, with just a hint of the exotic. This creativity lead to the formulation of Chloe in 1975, a rich elixir of spice, lilac, and orange blossom; a character of sublime quality. The tradition of Chloe continued through the 90’s, under the guidance of Karl Lagerfeld, who would produce Narcisse, a floral fragrance of daffodil, pineapple, and rose; an inspiration. See, launched in 2015, is a re-formulation of the Chloe Eau de Toilette, a composition of enriched white roses that weaves together the fresh and vivacious with flirtation and spirit.
