United DTC Insurance Company…


DTC is an acronym for direct-to-consumer, a distribution strategy department owned by Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance, and the United Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance Company subsidiary. United DTC has a diversified selection of distribution channels and also operates a long-term care LTC business, according to A.M. Best.

The direct-to-consumer team works to identify what the target markets are for Mutual of Omaha and to determine what its customers want at any given time. The direct-to-consumer department works closely with its internal and external constituencies, so that each of these key partners remains on board with the direct-to-consumer strategic marketing directive.
